Some disclaimers about this video:
- You have to read the subtitles, or you miss the real gist of it.
- This take was supposed to be a run-through just to see how long it was. If I had intended this to be the final video, I would have cleaned my kitchen and done something with my hair.
- I seriously did not ask my child to come ask me for chips, but the fact that I couldn’t get five minutes uninterrupted was such a perfectly ironic illustration of the point, I had no choice but to use this version. Flat hair be darned.
- Please don’t be intimidated by my incredible ukulele skills. We cannot all be masters of our craft.
Enjoy! And Happy Holidays to you and yours. 🙂

ROFL is not enough for what happened while I watched this video. It is one of the funniest things I have seen in a long time. I did pass it along and I know it will bring holiday cheer to many I know. Merry Christmas – thanks for sharing your awesome ukulele skills.
OMG, too funny! (Loved the kid interruption at the end!) It’s so true, right? (Spoken as mom of a 5-1/2 and 2 year old.) Luckily, our 2-year-old is, for the moment, totally all about his dad, so I get a little break there. You take it where you can get it, right?
