If I Die, Don’t Worry About The Muse

Muse: “Mommy, if you and Daddy died, who would we live with?”

Me: “Well, we planned out a while ago that if we died, you’d go live with Uncle Taj and Aunt Adriana.”

Muse: (Thinking for a few seconds before her face lights up.) “That means I’d get to have a DOG!”

Um, thanks, sweetie. I’m choosing to think she’s just so positive that she can see the silver lining in any situation.
